The location of the apartment was incredibly convenient, situated between the Rialto and San Marco areas. It was a short walk to the Rialto bridge, and all the main tourist attractions were close by. the apartment itself was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen for cooking meals.
That there were several flights of stairs to reach the apartment, which could be a bit challenging for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

These apartments are so conveniently located, I practically stumbled onto the Rialto stop of the water bus! The finishes are so fancy, it's like living in a Renaissance set. And don't get me started on the surrounding restaurants and shops, my credit card is still recovering.
It's just amazing how the Wi-Fi manages to be free and still completely useless. Can't do much with that, can you?

Great value for money! The host went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay - helpful tips on flooded areas and practical information. Amazing views from the studio and centrally located, making it easy to explore various areas of the city on foot. Amenities available for those who wish to eat in.
Limited mobility could be an issue due to long and steep stairs. Unpleasant smells in the bathroom, a common issue in European plumbing.

The apartment at Appartamenti San Luca was just like home from home. It had everything I could wish for and was in a perfect location, making it easy to access all the local attractions of Venice. The views from the windows were fabulous and the atmosphere of the old Venetian apartment was charming. Despite the steep stairs, I felt like I had stepped back in time with the beamed ceilings, old furniture, and paintings. Nina, the owner, was extremely gracious and made sure I had a comfortable stay. I highly recommend Appartamenti San Luca for a fantastic visit to Venice.
